Ingredients & Dose

The ingredient names are reasonable for a men’s-vitality blend. The problem is the amount — and that’s the number to focus on.

~118mg total per serving. Spread across the eight ingredients below, that averages to roughly 15mg each — a small fraction of the doses used in most studies. For context, L-arginine and maca are normally studied in grams, and ashwagandha at 300–600mg. Per-ingredient amounts aren’t disclosed, so you can’t confirm any one is at an effective level.

IngredientTypePlain-English notes
AshwagandhaAdaptogenStudied for stress and some performance measures — typically at 300–600mg, well above a 118mg total.

Circulation & medication caution: L-arginine can affect blood flow and blood pressure and may interact with nitrates, blood-pressure medicines or ED drugs. Zinc and other ingredients can interact too. Check with a doctor or pharmacist first, especially with heart disease, low blood pressure or any prescription.

On the “20+ ingredients” claim: the sales page mentions “20+ performance-driven ingredients” but lists about eight. That inconsistency is a reason to insist on the actual Supplement Facts panel before buying.
